All my emails from my inbox have been deleted over night!

Virgin has deleted ALL my emails from my inbox. I’m still an active customer have been for 21 years, no account issues. No one seems to care. These are very important and the only reason I stay with Virgin.

Are you looking with an email app or by webmail? Webmail is the best check because you can see any folders that have not been copied to the remote app. Check if your emails have been moved to a deleted or junk folder. 

VM always recommend that users keep backups, because they don't.

Thanks for your reply. They literally disappeared from my app and webmail Sunday lunchtime. I hate Virgin Media with a passion they have zero customer service or care. You get fobbed off from one useless department to another. It is literally like talking to a brick wall. I’ve only stayed with them for my email.
