Adding new device to existing email account problem

On our wavelength

Today trying to add an existing VM email account to a new device. I Couldn't get a connection to the VM Server. What's going on? Have VM Blocked this too?


Up to speed

If you happen to have been trying in the last 20 mins or so, I suspect VM email has gone down as I'm getting authentication errors on my accounts.

All sorted successfully today thanks. Outlook thought it new best what ports to use! When I had manually changed these twice and added SSL required amazingly it surrendered and told me I had successfully added the required email account.
