I had a blueyonder email account many years back but would like access to it as it has some important documents. I do not remember the password and when I try to reset it it asks me for a Virgin Media account which I do not have. Can someone please advice what I need to do to be able to access my old email account?

Any email accounts should have been deleted 90 days after you cease to be a customer. VM can perhaps check and see if you account is still in existence, but don't count on it.
If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

If you recall the original account details consider trying them.

Hi LiseParker,
Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 😊
As Adduxi has advised, email address are removed 90 days after a customer disconnects. You would need to have an active broadband account in order to use the email service.
This is listed in the terms and conditions here
