3rd party email address issue

Honestly, this whole, ridiculous third party email address thing is stupid and makes things ridiculously complicated. Since the 12th of April I haven’t been able to send or receive any emails AT ALL from my laptop. So I tried to change the password on one of my 4 ntlworld accounts, and that didn’t help. Now I can’t log into that account even using the non VM email because it doesn’t recognise the password and sends me on a loop of trying to recover the password and each time prompts me to enter the non vm email, then sends me a reset password email then I can’t log in! It’s horrendous! So I’ve in effect now lost that email address.

and I don’t recall being informed that this was going to happen.
