My friend and I used the Virgin refer a friend scheme.
My friend had the broadband set up in February 24 but nothing was added to the Aklamio portal. So I contacted them and they added it in May this year.
We were told and read in the T/Cs that it can take 60 days for the £50 to be paid. But according to Aklamio it can take upto 3 months. As it is now over 3 months I have contacted Aklamio and Virgin and Virgin say I need to contact Aklamio (which I have done several times) and Aklamio have said its been raised as urgent to Virgin. And its Virgin who have to confirm it.
Why does it take so long?
I can see from previous comments on here that it has been a problem for a while.
