When I put my postcode in it returns that we can't get virgin media. When I put the street next to us in, all the addresses come up including ours.
I contacted VM customer service early December and they found it odd and said they would send someone to investigate. It would be helpful to know how long it takes for an engineer to come out and have a look.
We moved here in 2021 and have had to put up with abysmal wifi ever since.
