Live chat messenger window - where is it? I've spent AGES trying to find it. I saw one reply from Virgin on somebody's query about this and there was a screenshot showing where to go but I don't have...

    Thank you, very useful. Seems I can get that if it looks as though I'm leaving Virgin. It shouldn't be that difficult to find it, though.
