Just been informed that my bill is going up by £30 ti £115
So I rang to try and save money and yet every single offer they came back with was higher than £115 (and I mean every)
The only premium service I have is TNT Sports which I am happy with.
I pay for a phone line that does not even have a phone connected to it and I can live with dropping to 500mb broadband, but for some reason there is nothing for me under £115.
I have been with Virgin since day one and on cable since well before Virgin, but now we have Vodaphone Gigafast fibre and Sky TV in the area, Virgin needs to be looking at keeping loyal customers.
WHATS EVEN WORSE IS ALL THE TEMPTING OFFERS FOR NEW CUSTOMERS!!!!

You have asked to renew with VM and VM has come back with a price which is not acceptable to you.
Time to put in your 30 days cancellation notice and move to one of your alternative options for a cheaper price?

Hi .. I agree with your thoughts and maybe your intentions about your VM service .. be aware that Vodafone and Sky use probably the Openreach cabling infrastructure .. somes City fibre for Voda .. and there are others in the mix other altnets/providers who use the OPR cabling .. if it were me I would just have a look at your new ISP community forums and what is going on ... they mostly all have forums includng Sky and BT .. and everyone has some rants / difficulties which they ask customer help ... just saying .. it may help you in the future or maybe not to move at all ... pricing is biggest commonest denominator though ... of them all .. good luck 😊

After calling mine is increasing £6.50 instead of £17.42
I had rung up about a Broadband Fault, & when he asked if there was anything else. Asked if I could get a better price than the Price increase which was going up to £95.42, If I downgraded my broadband to 500 or 360 both would be dearer. Not sure who he spoke to but I got put on hold for several minutes and he came buk with £88 with £4.50 a month discount. So £83.50 an increase of £4.50
I did mention City Fibre had been installed locally and we were being bombarded with offers.
