ADHD - Sam from VirginMedia told me they can support me

Sam has told me they can support me.  He told me when I said I had ADHD that he 'understands', I asked him what he understands and he stopped responding.

I told Sam he has to comply with the Disability Act and he told me I had to speak to the ombudsman.

Matt VM does have some stuff on accessibility but nothing on ADHD that I can see https://www.virginmedia.com/help/accessibility#7b001e59-5fc3-47c0-8df1-fb146fb33d8b

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
