I upgraded my broadband package to include TV Mix it. I was under the assumption that I’d receive a Stream Box, but I’ve just received my documents, and it says I’m getting a Virgin TV 360 Box. Does anyone know what’s correct?

Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the equipment and set top box for your recent order, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
If you have the contract, this should advise of both the package and equipment relating to the order. Let us know if you don't have these and we can get these resent to you.

The standard TV box is now the Stream box. V360 boxes are only available in traditional cable areas & are subject to an additional £50 activation fee.
