Virgin Stream remote with Sky Glass TV - Volume?!

Hi, 

I had Virgin Stream installed on my Sky Glass TV. All works well via remote, except the volume controls. Can anyone advise on how to get this working?

    Hi, I’m the same, when you go through the pairing, it’s shows the volume up & down also mute, but when you go back to the main screen nothing happens, very strange, can’t seem to get it working

    Have you tried pairing it with the Sky Media option?

    Also have you tried the key testing method under both the Phillips and Sky Media options? Don't just accept the first one that appears to work. Try a few more as there are often 3 or 4 that may work more fully than others.
