Virgin stream box and lg remote

Has anyone had any luck getting the lg magic remote to control stream box , it works well with firecube and soundbar .
Any ideas would be welcome .

No help, I've not been able to do so with an LG magic remote, nor control it with a OneForAll remote. It is a pain, as it is the only thing I use that can't be controlled in that way.
The closest I have to not having duplicate remotes is to use the phone app for the Virgin Stream box.
