Virgin Media streaming issues

We have just signed up with Virgin Media streaming from SKY and experiencing some issues. Has anyone else had the picture of the bird and cable appear on their TV? Virgin Media today replaced the streaming box and used an Ethernet cable but unfortunately it’s still happening intermittently. We live up North so could rural areas be the cause? I understand Virgin have just recently launched their service in our area. Thanks

      Yes I do. Some update on my question. Virgin technician visited yesterday and mentioned that Virgin Media are currently experiencing a national problem which may be the reason for this signal issue. Apparently being looked at to remedy.
