Unable To Start Stream Box

Hi, I have tried all the troubleshooting tips, full reset, etc, and it just will not start.

It is connected to my router with the hub in modem mode.

It used to work, then one day, I turn off the power, and it cannot get past the advanced setup screen you get by holding down the button.

It has been this way for at least a couple of months.

    Welcome to the community forums 

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Stream starting up. 

    The Stream set top box only works with our router in router mode and is not compatible with third party routers. 

    Does the Stream box work passed the set up screen with it connected to our router through it's WiFi?
