I have the same problem but only with 1 of the 3 streaming boxes we have.

Have you tried swapping that box with one of the others to see if the sound problem follows the box?

Didn’t know if I can do that as the engineer set them up for each room.

There's nothing to set up, it's just a case of remove the power cable and HDMI cable from the back of both Stream boxes, then swap the location and plug the power cable and HDMI cable into the boxes. You will also need to swap the remotes around for both boxes unless you want to pair the remotes again.
