Stream Box Issue

We had stream boxes installed a couple of days ago and they have power issues.

Our main TV box was working fine yesterday but this morning we get the box needs more power message on screen.

I've done a reset but no change. Engineer only provided a cable so no plug to try it from a socket.

How can it work perfectly fine one day and the next it says needs more power. This is totally ridiculous and not a good start as a new customer.

The stream boxes seem to be very temperamental about power.  You really need the official combined power/ethernet PSU.  This is the only fix as mentioned many times on this forum.

The plug also has the Ethernet port. VM should send you one if you call.

The images below show the combined ethernet/power adapter that should have been included with the Stream boxes.
