I would give Virgin a call if you are worried. Have they informed you of when they have to have received the returned stream box? If not you could ask them and ask how long it should take to receive the return packaging and try to keep a note of the calls so you have a record. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, panic over hopefully, I got an email this morning saying the packaging is on its way to me.
