I keep being blocked out of Virgin On the Go because it makes me replace a device every time I use it.
I need a reset so I don't get blocked out by having to replace a device every time I log on to watch using Virgin To Go

If you use a device that randomises the MAC address for each connection (some do by default) I should turn the feature off, or this will keep happening.
