I’m new to this forum, so I’m not sure if this has been asked before. We got our first Virgin Flex box over a year ago for our bedroom, and we really enjoy using it on the upstairs TV. I was wondering if it’s possible to order a second box for the living room to set it up like a Multiroom?

I'm currently in conversation with the social media team on x trying to get multiple flex boxes and I'm being told that they can only order 1 box and there is no option to add more. Are they correct, miss informed, need further training, plain lying? What can I do to get 2 boxes in total?

it is correct you can order a multiple boxes for a Flex package now, and our team are available to support with this 😊

Hi, I tried to add two flex boxes to my account yesterday but the chat support person said one was the max. I’ve paid £35 upfront and £5/month for one, can you adjust my order to get two?
Flex is a package that runs on the Stream box. Other TV packages also now use the Stream box.
As I understand it, Flex, which is what you have from the price, only allows one box. You would have to move to Mega TV plus multiroom to have more than one stream box, i.e. a change in package. That would allow up to six stream boxes, but would probably require a new contract.
Good news. You can have up to 6 flex boxes per account now.
