I'm trying to play a new game called Pantheron Rise of The Fallen, but the game will no longer login, I have been informed by the devs it could be my ISP blocking the below link, any chance someone is able to check to see if the below link is blocked please.

If you are getting connection issues at login, the issue is most likely an application is blocking access to our SSL certificate server. Many ISP's use web filtering in their managed routers. Additionally, security applications may also be using web filtering.
You need access to gl-cacxhwf7dqdvfhc8.westus3-01.azurewebsites.net as that is our SSL certificate server.
Please reach out to your ISP and give them that URL
