I currently pay for the 1gb package and have had speed issues for around 6 months. I go round in circles with the online help chat which is frustrating. I was sent a new hub but this has made no difference. After recieving a ps portal for Christmas, the problem has been highlighted further due to freezing and streaming issues, even in the same room. My ps5 connection speeds are at 88.9 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload which is shocking! Somebody help!!!
Wired or wireless connection? If wireless, which band are you using, 2.4 or 5Ghz ?

Sorry to hear of your service concerns over a wired connection.
Checking the systems on our side we can't see any issues in the area or with our router's specifications at this time.
Do you get the same issue when trying another port on the router?
Please do try that speed test that Client62 has kindly advised and let us know the results so we can investigate this further.
