Packet loss / Latency on PS5

Hello, 

This past year or so I have been having issues with packet loss and latency on my PS5 . 

I have purchased 3 ps5s because I thought the issue was a hardware issue , But I'm still having th same problem playing call of duty , ea fc24 and fortnite . On call of duty the game will play for 6 mins .. then I'll have packet loss , latency the game will freeze for 20 / 30 secs then it'll carry on for another 6 mins the repeat its self . I have contacted playstation and followed their troubleshooting guides all to no avail . I have changed my ethernet cable , Move my ps5 into a more spacious area for air flow.  Still same issue . I've tried setting up a BQM but I'm not sure how to do this with the ps5 IP address . Any ideas what the problem is?

    Please post your power levels and network log.  Also note the BQM uses the WAN IP of the Hub, not your PS5. Once done we can comment on your circuit.

    Sorry to hear about these issues with your connection when using your PS5! I've had a little look into this for you and whilst there are no issues coming in to you from the local area network there are a few disconnections showing on the hub, and there may be an issue with your settings and set-up which we can investigate and help with to try and resolve this!
