Since October 22nd epic games (fortnite console game) & Twitch will not connect to the internet.. We can connect via are 5G mobile network (different company) but it refuses on virgins access. We have rest are Hub multiple times but this doesn't work..
other customers are complaining on this forum & other social media platforms, please sort this out it’s unacceptable its been going on this long with no official statement from Virgin.

Can you let us know if this happens on both wired and wireless devices? Is there a specific error message/code you get when trying to connect to the internet?

Good Evening, Can I reply as I have the same issue. It happens on both wired and wireless. I can get epic/ twitch and also Hayu as that does not allow me to login either to work if I run a vpn but as soon as turn vpn off it stops them all working again

Make sure "Child Safe" is disabled in the VM Online Account.
I took the parental controls off but still cant connect
change your DNS to VM other ones 194.168.4.123 and 194.168.8.123
Im probably gonna sound stupid here but what dya mean change dns servers to vm other ones and how dp i do that. Hes playin on ps5 btw also

We don't and wouldn't block these games, what issues / error messages is he getting?
