VM hub 5x is a game killer and internet too.
Will the real hub 5 please stand up!
Before you go down the deep rabbit hole of Port Forwarding ...
1) Make sure VM Parental Controls are fully Disabled in the VM Online Account
2) Check your PC has UPNP enabled
