Hello ExcaliburUBW,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’ve been having with your connection and gaming over the last few days. We've been unable to locate your account and connection on our system. How are things looking at the moment?
Are you having any other connection issues such as streaming TV shows or is it just the issues you stated above? Also are the issues happening at any particular time of day or is just random times?

I have the same issue here - M24. Constantly disconnecting. Virgin are saying there is a fault which will be fixed by....15th May !!!
Its disgraceful, I wish I never moved to Virgin.
