5X Modem Mode

Hello 

We are getting the Hub5x installed tomorrow.

After looking into setting it up with our own Router and extenders (like out existing setup) it seems Modem is not possible.

Is this still the case?

    That's correct, no modem mode. One or two users have claimed to have a workaround but it doesn't seem to be generally usable.

    Hello RobynLeigh777,

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Yes at the moment you still wouldn't be able to use modem mode with the Hub 5 X.
