I've been locked out of my virgin email account. When asked to submit another email address for verification I mistyped it and now I can't change it. The only option is to resend which is a bit pointless. How can this be solved ?

It's possible to amend the email address from here

If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
