WEB MAIL AND ACCOUNT LOGIN

There seems to be hundreds on here alone in the last 24 hours posting very similar issues. Which means there must be thousands if not more people affected. When are VM going to respond and tell us what has gone wrong and well it will be fixed. IT IS A CATASTROPHE for many I'm sure.

    Disgusting attitude from a disgusting company. Seem to do nothing but take your money, increase prices, and reduce services. 

    Refuse to even admit there is a problem, leave alone attempt to correct it. 

    Heaven knows how many 'customers' are unable to access their accounts or email, yet VM REFUSE TO EVEN SAY ANYTHING. 

    Have tried to go through the 'new' registration system, but it repeatedly dumps me back at the register/log in page despite following ALL the instructions. 

    Unable to get into my email to access hospital appointments that have been sent to me, so thanks for nothing VM!! 

    Despicable company.. No more, no less. No morals, no decency. All they are interested in is getting their monthly payments, and to hell with 'customer service'  Liars in that they repeatedly say 'it's fixed' on this site when they know damn well it's not.

    I am having the same issue. I have been away for several days and have bee accessing my virgin e-mails  via my smart phone - which is always logged in. I returned home and tried to log onto my account from my P C but received a notice on the log in screen (which looked nothing like the usual screen) Having entered my account name it informed me that it was sending me a verification link to an AOL account that I have had for some time but is linked to my V M  account. Clicked on the verification link which took me to a screen asking me to change my password. I suspected some form of scam. Contacted V M by 'phone (yes I got an answer in under 15mins!!!) I was informed that "many people have the same problem. We are trying to fix it, it might be 6 days!" I was assured however that the pages were genuine and it was not a scam. Just wait for the fix!!

    I still have access to e-mail via smart phone - but its not ideal as I am in the middle of producing a lengthy document which others are contributing to. Virgin need to get this fixed asap. And also TEL US WHAT IS GOINING ON and APOLOGISE. 

  • Update - just spent 45 minutes on phone going through elaborate formulation of new pass codes and new VM O2 ID's passwords. My head was spinning despite working with computers for 40 years (I'm 75!) and in the end he had to raise an IT ticket to get my non-blueyonder VM.com emails back and then my phone battery went dead. In fairness the poor old agent tried to call back but couldn't answer because landline was dead still. So I have noi idea where we are with it but his parting words were "don't touch it"! My wife has had no emails for two days now.

    Even if VM's change had worked, to introduce this without warning or explanation would be unacceptable and beyond the pale.

    However, it is clear this this revamp has not worked it is therefore beyond unacceptable and beyond beyond-the-pail.

    The old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".  With Virgin it's: "if it ain't broke, break it".

    I have not been able to get into my Webmail since Monday 14th July 2025.

    I was asked to change to 2 part ID so linked my Gmail - my Gmail 2part ID has always been virgin - I was texted an O2ID and told not to share number. Now my webmail it unreachable.

    This is a complete fiasco.

    I can only access emails on my phone. I need to access my emails on a laptop to read properly or for downloading. Doing this from a phone is pissy, and I don't want to store more documents to my phone.

    NOTHING works to restore this, o2 are not being helpful either.
