VM IT Staff

Does any one from the VirginMedia IT department read the Forums at all?

I am asking because the number of people having e-mail problems would suggest that something is not working correctly,  especially with the Ntlworld and Blueyonder e-mails.

    VM Mail not working is pretty much a permanent feature for many VM email users, as evidenced by the many never-ending topics on here. So yes, VM is well aware.

    If anything, the problems are only likely to worsen as numbers of users dwindle. VM no longer gives email addresses to new customers and existing customers can no longer create new mailboxes.

    The only way to free yourself of VM email problems is to stop using VM email and switch to one of the many free providers
