Virginmedia log in issues.

Trying to log into my virginmedia & blueyonder email accounts, passwords accepted but then directed to a blank screen. Also tried to log into my virginmedia account, again password accepted but returned to the log in page.

Is there a problem with he system? If not then whats the solution or answer to my issues, or have I been locked out, and if so how do I regain access?
