Virgin.net to be deleted
I have received two emails telling me my virgin.net account will be deleted soon as I "am no longer using VM" services.
Actually, my wife is the account holder for VM Broadband which we have used for years and continue to do so. Additionally I have a Virgin mobile/02 account.
Accordingly I should not thetefore be subject to this and of course do not want my virgin.net account deleted. I am getting pretty frustrated in dealing with the help desk via WhatsApp.
Surely there is an easy fix?! Can anyone help?!
