Delete old virgin.net email account

I want to delete my old and no longer used virgin.net email account please. More than a decade ago I was told VM would delete it as I am no longer a customer but this never happened. I can see posts from others where the fabulous VM forum team respond with offers of assistance so I’m hoping to get the same response. Thanks 🙂
