Virgin.net email accounts to be closed - noooooooo!!!

Like many others who have posted about this matter, I too am in a panic that two virgin.net email address I have had for over 20 years are to be closed without any explanation as to the reason for this.

I am an exiting VM customer paying £100+ for broadband and TV services. Having to set up new email accounts for me and my wife may be easy enough but having to change an email address on countless websites, accounts etc will take many many hours and will likely result in important emails not being received.

If you can please PM me with what information is required to solve this problem it would be gratefully appreciated.

  • Everyone affected needs to send an email to Lutz Schuler, Chief executive officer of Virgin Media, email address remove from my post but readily available on line.

    This will raise your concerns & hopefully get a resolution. there’s also the ombudsman www.commsombudsman.org if a satisfactory solution isn’t offered & ends up being deadlocked with your reasonable request.
