Virgin email access denied forbidden and Luxembourgish?

Today all of a sudden I've been denied access to my webmail account with the words forbidden and at the bottom Luxembourgish . It worked fine before. I've cleared the cache etc and can login to my virgin media account. What's happening?

    All of a sudden the above message appears when I try to access my webmail. I've cleared the cache and cookies still no good. Tried logging in on another device and same message. I desperately need some help please

    Does anyone have a phone number gor Virgin who can sort my inability to access my emails. I'm left with forbidden and Luxembourgish message at the bottom of the page

      The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

      To be honest you would be better off waiting for the VM Forum Team staff to respond to your thread.  They should reach it later today.

        Thanks for replying at least somebody has. Virgin doesn't seem to be bothered

      Can someone from Virgin please unlock my email account. I've had the forbidden Luxembourgish message on it for over 2 days and barely a response from Virgin. I need access asap

      I've had for 2 days been unable to access my webmail. I sent an email with attachments to the local Emirates airline in Mauritius.  Ever since then I've had forbidden and the words Luxembourgish appear at the bottom of the page. Help I need my emails

      Hi Chris I can try but my email works fine on my ipad. Which isn't webmail. Will I have to change both

        Hi Quorny 👋 Thanks for getting back to us!

        If you are using a 3rd party app to access your email whilst on the ipad you will need to ensure it is set up correctly after changing the password. There is a slightly different process for this outlined here 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/manage-email-account in the section titled 'How to set up my Virgin Media email on a device'.
