Unable to use secondary email account

I am unable to access mail posted to my secondary email account - a password is demanded. When I enter the old password, it is not recognised. 
on Virginmedia, I logged out of my normal email account and tried to log in using the faulty email in order to change my password. The response was:

This Virgin Media email address isn’t valid

Can anyone help to get around this problem?

  • I've looked at the ombudsman's website - I can't progress my complaint until 8 weeks have passed

    Similar kept happening to me . As it was driving me mad I decided to go straight to the communications ombudsman  They took my case on with no requirement for a deadline letter or any of that stuff, This was because they know that people can't log in in order to make a formal complaint with their original sign in details . I was so pleased to have my difficulties accepted by ombudsman so maybe you could try that too I also emailed rip off Brtain as others have as well Best of luck with it ...
