Unable to set up my NTLWORLD email on PC

I have the 4 word password created by the VM app historically, ive tried manual configuration of imap settings but will not allow me to connect. 

I  unable to change my password as virgin media website will not recognise my email address as valid so i cant get into my account.

Im scuppered.

Please help

    Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue, we will do our best to assist you in this matter. Can you confirm, are you unable to access your email or your MYVM app/web account? 

     

    Once we have this information we will proceed to further investigate
