Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with a password reset. If you have set up your account accordingly along with the Single Sign On (SSO) options we will be able to gain access via other methods such as a passkey or secondary security questions that will allow for access where you are able to change your password. If you have attempted this a number of times it may be possible that you have locked your account, to unlock this would require a secondary email address that is not linked to your current email such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail.
Using a secondary password as additional security will allow for unlocking of your account and set up a more secure password via the generator and allow for access. Please let us know if you have exhausted these efforts and further require our assistance via private message.
