Unable to log in to ntlworld email

I have an old Ntlworld.com email address which was created under my mother's old ntl/Virgin Media account, therefore do not have a Virgin Media account of my own, and have been logged out of my ntlworld.com email unable to get back in. I still use the email address for some important things and would like to be able to access it again. 

I've already tried to log in with a password with no success and I can't seem to find a clear solution as to how to reset my password. What other solution can I try to regain access to my email? I'm at a complete loss and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Apart from the current issues, are you, or someone, still a paying VM customer?  If not, there is a chance that mailbox might be deleted.  VM regularly purge mailboxes that no longer are linked to a paying customer.

    There are some other posts on the forum about similar issues. It seems you're not the only one. VM need to do something.

      I can't get Emails on my ntlworld account. Last one was last Thursday. It's only on my PC's tho. It works OK on my android phone using Gmails.
