Unable to log in to my VM account

Hi,

I am not receiving the verification email to log in to my account. This also happens when I am being asked to link my virginO2 to my Virginmedia account and when I try to log into Sky Sports.

My original problem was that my login email address was an old one that I no longer had access to. I have had several live chats and a long phone call, where my problem was escalated to IT. I have not heard anything now for 2 weeks.

i have now managed to get access to that old email address, it sends and receives perfectly well, but nothing from Virgin to verify and access my account.

Can anybody help with this?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues logging in due to not receiving the verification emails. We've put some changes in place which mean the teams on the phone are not able to amend the email address for you. Please call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can change the email to one that you can access the verification emails on.

  • This will definitely never be sorted. I've been waiting weeks for them to sort out my problem (they can't find my VM account when I try to link it). They just don't care, they don't listen, they have no intention of sorting it out for you.
