Unable to log in to my VM account
Hi,
I am not receiving the verification email to log in to my account. This also happens when I am being asked to link my virginO2 to my Virginmedia account and when I try to log into Sky Sports.
My original problem was that my login email address was an old one that I no longer had access to. I have had several live chats and a long phone call, where my problem was escalated to IT. I have not heard anything now for 2 weeks.
i have now managed to get access to that old email address, it sends and receives perfectly well, but nothing from Virgin to verify and access my account.
Can anybody help with this?
