Unable to Log in to Blueyonder email address

Hi, I am still having the same problem, may I request further assistance please?

    More information required to help you. Are you having problems with both email client and webmail?  What messages do you get with each? 

  • Hi, I'm not able to log in anywhere, it just hasn't been signed out of the mail app, though that's being discontiued at some point soon so i'd like to resolve this before that happens

      Which mail app is being discontinued? 

      Do you have a current Virginmedia broadband account to which the the email address concerned is attached?

      What happens when you try to log into the email address concerned at https://mail.virginmedia.com/

        Hi Graham, the Microsoft Mail app which is being shut down for the new Outlook app (which I cannot get the email on), trying to sign in on the link you have provided just takes me to the 'Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable' page

    You didn't answer the question about your Virginmedia account. Are you still a customer? 

  • Yes, I am a customer. 

    I can't see the options stated in Step 2 of the instructions under the account settings
