Unable to access virgin.net email

I’ve been unable to login to my Virgin.net email since mid July as it was not associated with a live Virgin Media account as I login using my Apple email.

Had many long calls with VM to associate my live VM account with my old Virgin.net email and they say they have now added to Virgin.net email to my account. Was also asked to change my Apple login to a 3rd party account, so I changed it to my Gmail email.

Still unable to login and it was left that technical would be looking at this, never heard anything back so called yesterday. Was told that was an outage on all Virgin emails and to try again in 72 hours but I am not holding up much hope.

Anyone got any other other ideas?

    been waiting over a week now for the same email problems.

    All i get it lies and mistruths, they blame everything i have pc, phone tablet,

    but wont admit its a problem with them.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I was I was told that technical would be looking to see why your system is unable to link or associate my virgin.net email address with my current live VM account. They asked my to try logging into webmail using my virgin.net email but the password was not recognised and when I tried to reset it the memorable info of date of birth and mother’s maiden name was not recognised either. I think it needs a password reset at your end but the reset email needs to go to my Gmail obviously as I can’t access the Virgin.net one at the moment. All of the notes should be on the system for that call and the other calls too

      Hi Daniel

      i saw on another post that Virgin were able to send a temporary password to resolve this login issue.

      please can this be organised?

        You said right at the beginning of your first post that this email is not associated with a live Virgin Media account. 

        If that is correct, they will have deleted the email account.
