Unable to access ntlworld.com email account

I have been unable to access my ntlworld.com email address for the past week and I understand that it is something to do with having to set up a merged My Virgin Media and My 02 account.

However, I cannot do this because, whenever I try to register to do so, I get the same error message as when I try to access my ntlworld.com email account, viz

Hi, Gareth, thanks very much for getting back to me on this.

Unfortunately, no, I am still unable to make any progress.

I tried the page you suggested but, as soon as I try to register, the same error message comes up; it is impossible to get past that stage.

I am presently abroad (in Singapore) which may have some bearing on it, though I wouldn't have thought it should make any difference.

I will be back in Scotland from Tuesday but it would be fantastic to have access to my ntlworld.com email account before then.

      Cheers

  • Thanks for coming back to us, DonaldC1961_. The fact that you're in Singapore may be the reason for the error message that you're getting.

Please could you try to create your new VM O2 ID using incognito mode, this may not work due to the error that you've been getting, but it would be great if you could give it a try.

If that doesn't work, you may need to wait till you're back in Scotland to register your account.

    Kind Regards,
