Unable to access NTLworld account

Hello all, l hope someone can help. I am currently a Virgin media broadband customer. I normally sign into My Virgin media with my ntlworld account detail. Until recently, l was unable to do this as the login page was asking me to reset my password. I can’t reset my password when l don’t have access to my email which l used to access through My Virgin media. Can someone help or shed some light on this. Thank you.
