Unable to access my email account
I am unable to access my email account. I've been locked out. I've changed my password as suggested in the help pages, but this has not unlocked my account. I went on X and messaged your people who decided to give me an IT ticket number (P012729754), but I feel like they've just fobbed me off. I need to access my email account for some important emails before Monday as I require them for work! I'm desperate! Is there literally nothing that can be done?
