Unable to access my email account.
Hi, I am unable to access 1 of my email accounts now for the last 8 days. It asks for the new account password even though I have not changed it. I suspect that the account has been hacked.
I was in a telephone conversation with a Virgin Media chap last wednesday (8 days ago) who was unable to sort the problem and told me that Virgin Media would telephone me by the latest yesterday.
I am still awaiting that telephone call.
