Unable to Access emails - Forbidden message

For past few days have been unable to access my virgin.net emails on my PC, when opening the usual web page just get two Forbidden messages 

 

Have tried to access via an iPad and got the same message, read to change password which I did but still have no access

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've had some issues with your email. 

    Just to confirm do you have an active broadband account with us? If so, are you able to sign into your My Virgin Media account okay?

        Hi Markao 

        Thanks for coming back to the thread.

        Please do the following; 

        Sign in to the online account - virg.in/myVM

        Then go to account settings

        Then go to Virgin Media Mail settings

        Then click Generate App Password

        This should fix this within 30 minutes.
