I have had an ntlworld email address for many years and been able to access it via mail.virginmedia.com. Today when I login in it take me straight to myvirginmedia and not my email. When I select the email option from within it seems to loop back and doesn't take me in to my email. Hence I cannot currently access email.
Same here... I put in my password ... no error message ... and it throws me out to the main VM screen.

There was a system fault on 4/11 which caused this behaviour. It was resolved late morning.

I have the same problem.For three days now unable to log in to my emails just takes me to the main Virgin media screen.
