I have an ntlworld.com email account and this morning I am unable to log into my account. It asks me to verify account as the page shows VM/O2 account homepage and it tells you to enter your details then tells you to enter a back up email account to verify it's me. I have done this but still can't access my email as it keeps taking me to the home page to enter the details and to verify. I need access to my emails so please can this be resolved urgently.
It's an absolute joke. I feel your upset - when this happened in 2023, I was in the final processes of buying a property but couldn't communicate with my solicitor. Had to set up a gmail address and call them to say 'it's me'.
Similar issue this morning. I cannot access my virgin media account or email (access mine through gmail account). I've followed the process get to request the OTP and having done this three times it still has not come through! I've been away and now have a few very important emails I need to respond to but can't get access. As mentioned by CancelVMNow I had major problems with emails (not totally resolved) back in 2023 after their big outage. Come on VM I need to access my account pretty darn quick.
I'm really glad it isn't just me experiencing this. I have tried all methods of authenticaing but having no joy at all. Very frustrating indeed.
Had the same problem this morning accessing account and emails but all seems good now,hopefully everyone's is up and running now.
I've just received by TXT the Recovery Code that I requested 3 hours ago. It has timed out of course and does not work!! This is just terrible service again from the IT team - still no testing before going live.

Whoa!!!! By some very strange reason, despite no further additional information from me, I now have access to my emails. I really do hope that VM don't mess it up again. My very own fault for not switching to a better email ID !!
