unable to access email account

are vm having issues with email at the moment i’m unable to access my @virginmedia.com account?

    Do you still have a paying account with VM?  They are actively purging mailboxes of users who are no longer customers.

    That's one issue out of the way then.  :-)   When you say you can't access, is this via My VM Webmail or via an email client, e.g. Outlook etc. ?

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear of your email concerns. 

      Does your Apple device advise you to re-enter your mail password in the mail settings? Apple have recently updated, and this has caused some customers to have to manually sign back into their mail app from the device settings. 

      Keep us posted with how you get on.

        Hi Carley thanks for the reply. Spoke to one of your reps on vm live chat help. And apparently the email account has been deleted for some reason by yourselves. Not sure why and received no warning about it but would of been nice to be informed.
