Two active virgin.net addresses on one account
We have two active virgin.net email addresses that are linked to one long-standing active virginmedia subscription (TV, broadband)
In order to migrate to the new system I have set up two logins on the new VMO2 system.
I now need to link each email address to the new login. However it asks for an account number and area code. Are both addresses linked to the same account number?
I am cautious to proceed so I dont lose either account. There is 20+ years of messages and I can't afford to lose access to either.
Until a couple of weeks ago both addresses worked fine.
Please help as I dont know where to get support on this.
VM support used to be excellent but now its an endless loop on the phone.
